If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of undamaged merchandise within 15 days of your purchase and will credit your card for the full purchase. We do not accept personalized or custom made items for return. Special orders are also non-refundable. Returns sent after 15 days will only be able to receive store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We stand by our products and are willing to discuss any issues or concerns.
